Private Work Fees
Some services provided are not covered under our contract with the NHS and therefore attract charges. Examples include the following:
- Medicals for pre-employment, sports and driving requirements (HGV, PSV etc)
- Insurance claim forms
- Prescriptions for taking medication abroad
- Private sick notes
- Vaccination Certificates
- To Whom It May Concern Letters
- Israel Camp Forms
The fees charged are based on the British medical Association (BMA) suggested scales.
Please allow ten working days for forms to be completed. Forms can be collected between 10:00 – 16:00 Monday - Friday.
Payment to be made either by cheque or cash, if paying by cash please bring the correct fee.
