To book a Routine appointment, please book directly through the NHS app. Our prebookable appointments are released every three days in advance.
Alternatively you can request a Routine appointment via the Green Box shown above.
This will be reviewed by one of our team who will book you into an appropriate appointment.
Administration queries should also be submitted via our Green box above.
If you are very unwell on the day, please call us direct on 020 8209 2400.
To access your medical records, including consultations, medications, test results, etc.... please log into your online patient access account (nhsapp) where you can view and print your own documents as stated above if required.
For minor health concerns you can also visit your local phacmacy for clinical advice.
Repeat Prescription Requests, can be requested through your online account, the NHS App or through your preferred pharmacy. For more information see our Prescriptions page.
For Urgent issues when the surgery is closed, please call 020 3948 6809 between the hours of 18.30 to 20.00pm Monday to Friday and 08.00am to 20.00pm Saturday & Sunday.
Outside of these hours, please call 111, alternatively, you can submit your medical concern online here https://111.nhs.uk/ and 111 will book you in for a call back.
